On the afternoon of November 10, the Company organized a ceremony for centralized signing of the united Party building agreements between FPCL headquarters Party branches and the primary level Party branches in Fulian Building. Total 21 Party branches covering FPCL Party branches, joint ventures’ Party branches and primary level Party branches would carry out Party building in pairs to further promote the united Party building work of the Company.

The purpose of this united Party building was to make further efforts on the construction of the work style and improvement of management, to promote improvement of both the quality of Party building and the level of operation management. In accordance with the united Party Building Plan, all parties were expected to discuss and formulate a united Party building agreement, customize united Party building measures, focus on political co-strengthening, mindset alignment, organizational co-construction, cultural co-promotion, joint development planning and achievements sharing, and center on the core work of production safety and operation management, as well as the improvement of Party building quality and efficiency, to transform the Party's political and organizational advantages into the Company’s development advantages.

United Party building was an innovative measure to share Party building resources among relevant Party organizations and jointly improve the quality of Party building, as well as an effective way to promote in-depth integration of the Party building work and the core work, and achieve coordinated development of all parties.

In recent years, the Company has been strengthening the organizational leadership, improving the cooperation mechanism, focusing on guidance by models, proactively exploring and expanding the approach of united Party building, by which continuously improved the quality and effectiveness of united Party building work.
