On July 9, Mr. Lu Jianming, the Party secretary of Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company Party Committee, visited FREP for research. Mr. Yang Hongbin, deputy Party secretary of Company Party Committee, secretary of Company Discipline Inspection Committee and chairman of Company Labor Union gave a warm reception to the delegation of Mr. Lu Jianming.   

Mr. Yang Hongbin welcomed the delegation of Mr. Lu Jianming. He said that Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Co., Ltd. enjoys long history, all-sided business and strong technical strength. As petrochemical enterprises, FREP shares many common points with Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Co., Ltd. We should strengthen exchanges with sister enterprise to learn and draw on advanced experience, so as to achieve better performance.

Mr. Lu Jianming introduced the overall situation of Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Co., Ltd. He said that Sinopec Maoming Co. currently is at a new development stage and is faced with many challenges. The visit was for learning and having exchanges on the good experience of FREP on HR management and organizational structure optimization.

Both parties had deep exchanges about the concerned topics at the meeting, such as implementation of the theme education of “remaining true to the original aspiration and keeping the mission firmly in mind” as well as characteristics Party building. 

Mr. Lu Jianming also visited the new central control room and Qinglanshan Terminal, and learnt the production and operation situations, as well as business team operation of FREP.
