To further strengthen exchanges between enterprises and learn the advanced management experience of benchmark enterprises in Sinopec system, from June 18^th to 19^th, Chairman and secretary of Company Party CommitteeMr. Gu Yuefeng led OOP and relevant departments’ responsible people to Zhenhai Co. for study and research.

During the visit, Mr. Zhang Yuming, representative of Zhenhai Co. and secretary of Party Committee, introduced the development history of Zhenhai Co. to the research group. All relevant departments had in-depth exchanges on main units and technical/ economic indicators, safety and environmental protection, equipment management, production and operation optimization, etc. The management personnel of both sides agreed to establish good corporate relations, strengthen honest communications and seek for joint improvement and development.

The research group made good preparations before the visit, including prepareda study and research outline including 110 questions in five aspects: HSSE management, production and operation, equipment management, planning and optimization management, process technology and energy management, which were shared withZhenhai Co. in advance. Zhenhai Co. attached great importance to those questions and organized relevant departments to make preparations for targeted, in-depth and efficient learning and research during the visit.

In accordance with the requirements ofpractical earning and application, the research group conducted in-depth study with relevant departments of Zhenhai Co., seized the face-to-face learning and exchange opportunity to learn about the questions listed in the research outline and encountered during work. The management of Zhenhai Co. warmly received the group, answered the questionspatiently.The study and research were fruitful.

Through the field study and research at Zhenhai Co., the Company management identified the gaps, learned the experienceof Zhenhai Co.and were inspired todevelop improvement measures and action plans.
