In the afternoon of April 9^th, Functional General Auditor of ExxonMobil Downstream Mr. Doug Ferguson, Asia Pacific Area Audit Manager Mr. David Rodee, and China BSM & Controller Mr. Joe Francis visited the Company.

President Mr. Joost Emmen, vice president Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf, vice president Mr. Lin Xu and vice president Mr. Zhao Tianxing met with Mr. Doug Ferguson and his delegation in the meeting room in plant office building, and the two sides had friendly discussions.

Mr. Joost Emmen welcomed Mr. Doug Ferguson and his delegation. On behalf of OOP, he reported the business performance of the Company in 2018, and introduced the priorities and key focus areas in 2019. He commented that safe production has been always the objective of FREP. The Company has been proactively carrying out safety improvement actions, to improve employees’ safety culture mindset through strengthening safety leadership training, improving safety management system, using safety management tools etc., and create positive atmosphere of “I want safety”, thus to realize safety performance not only looks good but also be good.

Mr. Doug Ferguson expressed that he was glad to visit FREP. He commented that FREP was currently in a new stage of development, in faced with challenges in safety and environmental protection, he expected FREP to maintain focus on safety, reliability, gross margin etc., develop a good master plan looking to the future, and make persistent efforts to be a world-class petrochemical company with sustainable competitiveness.

Mr. Lin Xu and Mr. Zhao Tianxing introduced the business development and regulatory compliance projects respectively.

Mr. Doug Ferguson and his delegation also had an in-depth understanding of the safety culture development, business planning and key projects’ implementation of the Company.

After the meeting, accompanied by Mr. Joost Emmen, Mr. Doug Ferguson and his delegation visited the exhibition hall, CCR2, polyolefin products packaging lines, and Liyuwei Oil Terminal.

In the morning of April 9^th, Mr. Doug Ferguson and his delegation listened to the work reported from Finance Dept. and Internal Auditing of the Company at Quanzhou office building. (Zhang Lei, Zheng Yunling)
