In the afternoon of March 19^th, the Company held the Commendation Meeting for 2018 Turnaround "Six Contests and One Guarantee" Competition.

Secretary of Company Party Committee and Chairman Mr. Gu Yuefeng, President Mr. Joost Emmen and Vice President Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Yang Hongbin, the deputy secretary of Company Party Committee, secretary of Company Discipline Committee and chairman of Company Labor Union.

Mr. Joost Emmen congratulated the winners of the "Six Contests and One Guarantee" Competition. He thanked the Company Labor Union for their efforts to the main production and operation tasks of the company and the turnaround tasks, as well as the labor competitions organized for stimulating employees' enthusiasm and fighting spirit and promoting successful completion of turnaround. He commented that the company was faced with great unprecedented development opportunity in 2019, all employees shall work hard as one team to promote high-quality development of the company to a new level.

Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf commented that this turnaround has big scope, heavy workload and last long time, the whole organization made good organization and cooperation, worked with full efforts at day and night, the employees and contractors gave full play to the "one team, one goal" collaboration spirit, which contributed to the smooth turnaround.

Mr. Yang Hongbin announced the “Decision on Commending Winning Units of the “Six Contests and One Guarantee" Competition of 2018. He expected that the units commended would cherish the honor, stay modest and cautious, guard against arrogance, keep carrying forward achievements and maintain advanced qualities. All departments and BTs of the Company should learn the best practices of the winning units for scientific management, solid work, sense of responsibility, innovation and improvement, and contribute to successful completion of the company objectives and tasks of 2019.

Mr. Zhang Huaping, general manager of MECH Dept., summarized the Competition from activities preparation, implementation and evaluation.

The Company management presented awards to the winners and took a group photo with them.
