On January 12, KT Chen, Hong Xiaojiang, Jacky Chan, and Du Hongming, leaders of Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company visited the Company.  Saleh Zaid, Lin Xu, and P. Suchart, members of the Company’s Office of President met with the visiting guests and held discussions.

Saleh Zaid welcomed the visit of Gulei Petrochemical. He said that since the two parties signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement for Synergetic Development, the two parties, starting from the long-term development strategy, and based on the principles of mutual complementarity of each other’s advantages, equality and mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation, have improved market competitiveness through collaboration, leveraged their respective strengths for seeking common development on the basis of mutual benefit. As a result, the cooperation projects between the two parties have accelerated significantly, achieving substantial progress and remarkable results in multiple fields. It is hoped that, in this year, the two parties will actively communicate and explore new directions and opportunities on the basis of existing cooperation, continue to leverage their respective advantages, strengthen mutual learning, deepen collaboration, and promote alliance between giants to jointly facilitate high-quality development of both parties.

KT Chen, VP of Fujian Gulei Petrochemical said that Fujian Gulei Petrochemical and FREP enjoy broad space for cooperation. Despite the current severe market situation, as long as both parties strengthen their confidence, unite as one, and work hard to move forward, they will definitely achieve fruitful results.

At the meeting, the two parties had in-depth discussions on production and operation, feedstock procurement, product sales, technology research and development, financial management and other related issues.

Before the meeting, Gulei Petrochemical and its delegation visited the Company’s Exhibition Hall, Central Control Room and production site to learn about the Company’s development history, scale of units and other information. (Zhang Lei)
