Set Sail for the Dream Journey - The Company Initiated Personal Efficiency Improvement Project


On March 1, the Company officially initiated the "Set Sail for the Dream Journey" - personal efficiency improvement training project in the exhibition hall. This project is geared to the employees joining FREP from 2017 to 2021, i.e. 189 trainees in total, who will receive two years of face-to-face training focusing on four major aspects and eight key skills.

Vice President Li Ji attended the kickoff meeting and delivered a speech. He commented that the personal efficiency improvement project was a systematic training with rich contents and high practicality. The youth employees should attach importance to and make full use of this learning opportunity, set goals, identify and rectify gaps, overcome difficulties, learn from each other, make progress together, enhance comprehensive strength and contribute to the Company’s development.

Li Ji required the trainees to combine learning with application, apply the knowledge learned in their practical work, schedule and execute all tasks reasonably. In addition to continuous improvement of work efficiency and work quality, the trainees should also seek for personal growth from this training.

At the meeting, Chan Hon Fai, Deputy General Manager of Human Resources& Administration Department, briefly introduced the project.

At the meeting, the management personnel issued the passports to the representatives of the trainees, and officially launched the project journey.

Before the start of the kickoff meeting, trainees from different departments and Business Teams conducted team building activities. By naming the classes, designing slogans and logos, trainees quickly accepted the program with great enthusiasm for learning.

It was learnt that this project designed the competence model, growth map and learning and growth radar map for different types of trainees. In addition, the project optimized the methods of pre-class self-assessment and post-class joint assessment by the trainees and their superiors, so as to make the training more targeted and achieve better training results.
