On October 9, the Company convened 2022 OIMS internal assessment closing meeting in Quanzhou and Quangang via teleconference. The Company management Zhao Tianxing and Lin Xu attended the meeting and delivered speeches. At the meeting, the assessor of each element reported the assessment results of the 21 elements.

Zhao Tianxing, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of the Company, affirmed the effect of OIMS internal assessment and thanked all the members of the assessment group for their hard work. He emphasized three points on OIMS management: first, make more efforts to promote OIMS implementation in non-manufacturing departments. Second, improve internal assessment quality, identify and analyze the underlying issues in OIMS operation management through the incidents happened in recent years, and put forward improvement measures. Third, strengthen system construction, sort out and normalize the good experience and practices in operation management as Level-3 system documents to guide work and practices.

At the meeting, vice president Lin Xu, the lead of this OIMS internal assessment group, reported the overall situation of the internal assessment, and required that the owner units of related system elements should be problem-oriented, and take the lead to organize rectification of the internal assessment findings. With closed-loop management of problem rectifications, focus shall be put on preventing repetitive problems and earnestly complete systematic rectification and improvement.

Department responsible people, OIMS owners and administrators, Business Team managers and members of the internal assessment group attended the meeting.

During the 5-day internal assessment, the assessment group visited departments and Business Teams and interviewed about 500 people at different levels/ positions of the Company, and conducted a comprehensive and objective assessment of the operating status of OIMS through field visits, cold eye observation, record/ register review and other methods to verify the effectiveness of the System. This time, OIMS internal assessment and safety standardization assessment were conducted at the same time, with the assessors carried out OIMS and safety standardization assessment in accordance with the integrated comparison table of safety standardization and OIMS, and described findings of the assessment in accordance with the report preparation requirements of OIMS internal assessment and safety standardization respectively.
