Huang Jingchun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Quanzhou Municipal Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of Quanzhou Municipal Government, Visited the Company for Research

On the morning of October 25, Huang Jingchun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Quanzhou Municipal Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of Quanzhou Municipal Government, visited the company for research. Vice President Zhao Tianxing and Vice President Neo Ee Ee and other management personnel of the company accompanied the research.

Accompanied by Zhao Tianxing, Neo Ee Ee and other company management, Huang Jingchun and his delegation visited Huang Xiaobin Model Worker Safety Innovation Studio, the Exhibition Hall and New CCR.

Zhao Tianxing introduced the general situation of the company's production and operation. Huang Jingchun inquired in detail about safety and environmental protection, production process, transportation of raw materials and products, and had a car tour inspection in the plant.

Huang Jingchun required FREP to always pay close attention to production safety, further improve safety awareness, deeply identify hazards, strengthen safety management, and implement production safety measures in each step of production, operation and project construction. Firmly hold the bottom line of production safety, keep alert all the time, make unremitting efforts, and go all out to ensure safe and stable production.

On behalf of OOP of the company, Zhao Tianxing expressed gratitude to the CPC Quanzhou Municipal Committee and Quanzhou Municipal Government for their help and support to FREP. He commented that FREP strictly abided by and implemented national laws and regulations, continuously strengthened HSE performance improvement, improved the level of fine management, and increased profit for high-quality development of the company in the new era while ensuring safe and stable operation of the plant.

Zhao Tianxing also briefly reported the Master Plan of the company about 1.2 MTA SC Expansion and Downstream Derivatives projects.

Huang Jingchun fully affirmed FREP's efforts in accelerating construction and development of the SC Expansion Project and extending the industrial chain. He hoped that FREP would strive to obtain the understanding and support of foreign shareholders, promote the early implementation and construction of the projects and generate profit as soon as possible, so as to contribute to the economic development of Quanzhou City.

Huang Jingchun also discussed with Madam Neo Ee Ee, vice president of FREP of ExxonMobil secondee. He said that Quanzhou was not only the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road, but also a hometown of many overseas Chinese. Many Singaporeans could trace their ancestry to Quanzhou. He wished Madam Neo Ee Ee enjoy her work and life in Quanzhou.
