On September 12, Liu Xiangdong, general manager and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of FPCL, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of FREP and the lead of the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Leadership Team, chaired the 34^th special meeting on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control of the company, and urgently studied and deployed the epidemic prevention and control work against the situations of the epidemic.

Company management Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing, as well as safety director and the responsible people of all departments and units of the company attended the meeting.

It was commented at the meeting that all units and departments were expected to clearly understand the complex, severe and uncertainty of the epidemic, actively study and judge the impact of the epidemic on production and operation, resolutely eliminate the mindset to slack off, adhere to the bottom-line thinking, and solidly do a good job in production safety on the basis of strictly implementing the normalized measures for epidemic prevention and control, and win the battle against the epidemic prevention and control in a wartime state.

It was stressed at the meeting that all units and departments were expected to strengthen people management and information inspection in accordance with the local governments’ requirements on epidemic prevention and control, with expanded scope of inspection, classified data statistics and reporting. Each joint venture and the headquarters of the company to establish efficient information sharing mechanism, timely share information and properly make analysis.

Strictly strengthen access control, strictly measure temperature, check the health QR code and wear masks when entering the plant and office area. External personnel are not allowed to enter the plant and office area in principle. Express deliveries should not enter the plant and office area without sterilization; non contact distribution should be implemented for business letters, documents and food.

Modify and improve the special plan for epidemic prevention and control in combination with the new requirements for epidemic prevention and control of the local governments to ensure alignment with the local governments. At the same time, further strengthen communication with local governments and the authorities in charge, and coordinate employees' commuting, products delivery and raw materials arrival.

Prepare epidemic prevention materials, comprehensively check existing epidemic prevention materials and purchased materials needed in time.

Strictly control personnel movement, with the principle of "no travel/ business trip unless necessary". According to the principle of "no movement unless necessary", do not travel to or from Quangang and Gulei areas for the short term. Cancel all large-scale meetings, trainings and other gathering activities, and change to video conferences.

Strengthen joint epidemic prevention and control with the communities, implement access control in Binhai Huating Community and other living areas of the employees, and regularly carry out sterilization and disinfection in public areas.

Make positive publicity of epidemic prevention and control, guide all employees and people to take actions actively and participate in epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, use the media to publicize epidemic prevention and control information and knowledge, carry out psychological counseling to alleviate employees' psychological pressure and tension, and guide them to actively participate in epidemic prevention, production and life according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.
