On the morning of November 2, the Party and Union work deployment and anti-corruption education meeting for 2021 TA/ Revamp was held in the Science and Technology Hall to guide the Party branches and the labor unions at all levels to closely focus on the central work and the key tasks of TA/ Revamp, take TA/ Revamp site as the main practice battlefield of Party history learning and education, let the Party flag fly high in the front line, and work hard to win a complete victory of 2021 TA/ Revamp.

Liu Xiangdong, general manager and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of FPCL, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing, members of the Party Committee and vice presidents of the company, and Yang Fei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of the Labor Union of the company, attended the meeting.

Liu Xiangdong delivered a speech and required: first, give full play to the leading role of Party building and effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and sense of urgency. Second, pool the joint efforts of the owner and the contractors, and resolutely guard the defense line for safety and environmental protection. Third, proactively build a "harmonious" and "clean" business relationship, to ensure high-quality projects and honest and clean team.

Liu Xiangdong stressed that the horn of 2021 TA/ Revamp was about to sound. Considering the safety and environmental challenges in running units, this TA/ Revamp maintenance has a tight schedule, heavy workload and complex task, Party branches and labor unions at all levels shall give full play to the leading role and prominently implement the effect of strict Party governance to ensure a successful TA/ Revamp.

Liu Xiangdong commented that Party branches and labor unions at all levels shall carry forward the spirit of cooperation, hard-working and teamwork, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, work down-to-earth and play exemplary roles to complete the TA/ Revamp up to the targets of "safety, environmental, high quality, high efficiency and on schedule", and contribute to the high-quality development of the company in the next phase.

Yang Fei made deployment on playing the role of Party branches and labor unions in TA/ Revamp. He required that Party branches and labor unions at all levels shall play the role of organization guidance, demonstration and driving according to the requirements of above plan, mobilize all Party members, cadres and employees to proactively participate in the turnaround to provide services and make contributions, so as to complete the TA/ Revamp up to the targets of “safety, environmental, high quality, high efficiency and on schedule" when completing.

For anti-corruption work during the TA/ Revamp, Yang Fei commented that a close and clean business relationship is an important measure for maintaining fair competition and creating a first-class political ecology with honest and hard-working environment. All units participating the TA/ Revamp should bring forward the check point, take preventive measures, strengthen supervisions, identify weak points, close systematic gaps and management loopholes, prevent corruption risks and ensure "high quality projects and honest and clean work team".

On behalf of the Party co-building companies participating in the TA/ Revamp, the Party Branch of Fuels-2 Business Team of FREP and Sinopec No.5 Construction Company signed the letter of commitment for Party co-building.

On behalf of the integrity co-building companies participating in the TA/ Revamp, the Project Construction and Turnaround Management Party Branch of Mechanical Department and Sinopec No. 10 Construction Company signed the letter of commitment for integrity co-building.

The company management issued the Letter of Appointment to the specially invited supervisor representatives of 9 contractor companies.

The company management presented the flag to the representatives of the Party and League commando of the company.

Huang Shengpeng, secretary of the Party Branch of Aromatics Business Team, Chen Weihuang, deputy manager of the Aromatics Project from Mechanical Department, and Yi Quanping, deputy manager of the No.4 Branch of Nanjing Construction Company, delivered speeches.

At the meeting, Wu Hangbiao, director of the First Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of Quangang District Discipline Inspection Commission, gave a special lecture on anti-corruption in work for the attendees.
