The Company Held the Graduation Ceremony for Leadership Training for New Management Personnel


On the morning of January 14, the company held the graduation ceremony of the leadership training for new management personnel in Furui Hotel. OOP attended and delivered speeches.

President Joost Emmen was moved by the enthusiasm and energy of the groups. He said that success was not only to be a strong leader, but also to lead a group of strong employees. He said that people had taken leadership as a tool for their continuous progress and put it into practice. Although today was the end of the training course, leadership was an eternal topic. He encouraged the trainees to give full play to their leadership for more opportunities and challenges in the Master Plan, and work hard to drive the company toward world-class level.

Vice President Nouraddin A. Yousuf affirmed the efforts of the trainees in the training. He commented that as new management personnel and high potentials, the trainees had achieved fruitful results through hard study. He believed that the trainees would make great contribution to the development of the company.

Vice President Lin Xu hoped that the trainees could use the leadership thinking persistently, integrate leadership into work and life through learning and practice, and motivate themselves and influence others through an optimistic and enthusiastic mindset, so as to push the sustainable development of the company.

Vice President Zhao Tianxing commented that the life is a show of demonstrating oneself at larger and larger stages, and the admission for an excellent stage should be gained through hard work. He encouraged the trainees to “truly learn, truly understand, truly use and truly trust”, so as to understand through a comprehensive study of leadership and use it in work.

At the meeting, four groups, namely Flying Tiger Group, Wise Runner Group, Climber Group and Warrior Group, made graduation reports respectively.

Through comprehensive evaluation, Wise Runner Group was awarded as “Outstanding Group”, and Zheng Yangyang, Lin Mingbin and Guo Wei were awarded as outstanding trainees. All 27 trainees met the graduation standard, with a graduation rate of 100%.

The purpose of this training is to help new management personnel to adapt to their management positions as soon as possible, or help those with high potentials to fully prepare for future management positions, and successfully complete the transfer from self-management to managing others.
