Company Management Visited On-duty Employees before the Festival


Before the Spring Festival, on the morning of January 23, company management, Gu Yuefeng, Joost Emmen, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Yang Hongbin, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing, led two groups to visit the employees working on their posts during the Spring Festival period, and pay the greetings of the Chinese New Year to all. Company management Gu Yuefeng, Nouraddin A. Yousuf and Lin Xu, successively visited Product Quality Center, Fire Brigade, Fuels-2, Aromatics, EOEG, Fitter, Instrument, Electrical Maintenance and other units. At each unit, the company management shook hands with the employees, delivered gifts and greetings, and wished the employees and their families good health and all the best in the new year.

In the central control room of the old plant, Gu Yuefeng encouraged the employees to inherit the good tradition, implement lean management, seriously summarize and study production technology, improve operating capability, and improve safe, stable, full-rate and optimal operation of the units. Gu Yuefeng also asked the management personnel of Aromatics Business Team and Fuels-2 Business Team to reasonably schedule the work and rest time for employees, ensure production safety and stability, and allow the employees to spend time with their parents, spouses and children.

In the fire brigade, the firefighters queued orderly with high spirits and morale. Gu Yuefeng encouraged the firefighters to strengthen training and combat readiness, build an “iron army” of fire fighting, improve vigilance, take precautions, and escort the production safety of the company.

When communicating with the employees, Gu Yuefeng said that we should make joint efforts in the new year facing difficulties to comprehensively enhance competitiveness, improve safety, production and profitability, and continuously drive high-quality development of the company. He believed that the company would have a better future and the employees will be happier as long as we work hard.

The company management Joost Emmen, Yang Hongbin and Zhao Tianxing, visited the employees in Fuels-1, Olefin, Polyolefin, Utilities, SSI, DCS, Offsites, Terminal and other units successively, talked with them cordially and distributed holiday gifts.

In the central control room of the new plant, seeing that the employees working on their posts were in high spirit, Joost Emmen was glad to see the high morale of people, and believed that it indicated that good performance and profit of the company in the new year. He hoped that people could continue to work hard during the Spring Festival period to ensure a safe and smooth holiday.

Joost Emmen stressed that in the New Year, the company was facing a difficult situation, which required everyone's efforts and support. He hoped that people would brave challenges, act proactively, make continuous optimization, and work together to create a better future for FREP.

In the central control room of Offsites Business Team, Joost Emmen, Yang Hongbin and Zhao Tianxing also visited the employees of China National Aviation Fuel Group working on posts and expressed their new year's greeting to them.
