In the afternoon of March 5, led by Qiu Meihui, grade II inspector of Fujian Provincial Emergency Management Department and the leader of the Group-1 of the production safety inspection and rectification team, the delegation visited FREP to provide safety service and guidance.

Company management Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing, thanked the experts group for their guidance to the company on safety management and further consolidation of the production safety foundation of the company.           

Qiu Meihui affirmed the continuous efforts on the pandemic prevention and control made by FREP. He said that FREP acted rapidly and took sufficient and appropriate measures, managed by modules with clear roles and responsibilities and strict control, realized "zero" suspected case, achieved remarkable effect, which was worth learning and reference.

Qiu Meihui stressed that it was the key period of work and production resumption at current stage. On the premise of ensure both good pandemic prevention and production operation, the company should ensure good implementation of safety production responsibility, carry out key measures in detail, timely schedule the production for the pandemic prevention and control materials, and contribute to the success of the battle against the pandemic.

At the meeting, on behalf of the company, Lin Xu introduced the situation of pandemic prevention and control, as well as and resumption of work and production in detail. He said that FREP would strictly carry out the requirements of the Central Committee of CPC and the State Council, make overall planning and coordination conscientiously while strictly preventing and controlling the pandemic, ensure production safety throughout, seize the opportunity of the warming-up market, stabilize production and increase capacity utilization, and ensure safe, stable and efficient operation.

The experts group inquired about the impact of the pandemic on the company's production and management, and learned about the company's process safety management during the pandemic by reviewing documents and work permits.

After the meeting, Qiu Meihui and the delegation visited the big PP unit, the hazardous chemical warehouse and Huang Xiaobin Safety Innovation Studio respectively for field research.
