At the turn of the year, for a good start and make overall work arrangement for the company, on December 26, the company held the annual theory-discussing meeting of 2020, comprehensively summarized the work accomplishments in 2019, analyzed and judged the current situation based on main business of the company, discussed the targets, tasks and work measures for 2020.

Company management Joost Emmen, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Yang Hongbin, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing attended the meeting.

On behalf of OOP, President Joost Emmen put forward the key focuses in 2020 for departments and business teams of the company. He commented that safety and profit remain top priorities, and hoped departments and business teams could give full play to their cross-functional cooperation and work together to create a better future for the company.

The responsible people of departments and business teams summarized and reported the completion of the departments/ business teams targets of 2019, main work accomplishments and improvement opportunities, and proposed KPI targets and work plans of the departments/ business teams for 2020 based on the company business plan and their responsible work.

It was required at the meeting that departments and business teams should develop work plans that can be implemented, measurable and with deliverables. Management personnel were expected to give full play to their leadership, take the lead in identifying weak points, key focuses and difficulties, ensure the advancing of production and operation in an all-around way, strictly control cost, successfully achieve the annual targets, and lay a solid foundation for high-quality development of the company in the new era.
