In the morning of September 16, the Kick-off Meeting of OIMS Internal Assessment of 2019 was held in Quangang Office Building.

The company management, Joost Emmen, Nouraddin A. Yousuf and Lin Xu, and experts from shareholders attended the meeting.

President Joost Emmen delivered a speech on behalf of the company. He first welcomed the experts of shareholders. He said that OIMS is the foundation of the company's management system, and the internal assessment of OIMS could not only indicate the progress we had made, but could also point out the focuses of the next stage. For their solid theoretical basis and rich practical experience, the direct participation of shareholders experts could help the company to improve OIMS system performance and facilitate a positive safety culture in the company.

President Joost Emmen stressed that the internal assessment should pay attention to verify the effectiveness of the system, not only the integrity of documents, but also safety behaviors and correct understanding of details at frontline, and timely discover shortcomings to ensure the effective implementation of tasks, so as to ensure that the system not only look good, but is really good.

President Joost Emmen required that relevant personnel of the company keep an open mind, cooperate with the experts, show them our working methods, and pay attention to gaps and close them in time in combination with safety culture improvement actions. In the end, he wished a smooth and successful internal assessment, and expressed his expectations for the results of the internal assessment.

Vice President Lin Xu gave a brief description of the OIMS internal assessment, including the schedule, people allocation, and the OIMS owners and administrators of the company, so as to improve understanding and promote communication.

Management personnel of departments and Business Teams and relevant personnel of the company attended the meeting.
