On September 24, a 4-member delegation led by Mr. Juhan Robberts, Vice President of ExxonMobil Global Basic Chemicals, visited the company. President Joost Emmen, Vice President Lin Xu and Vice President Zhao Tianxing of the company met with Mr. Juhan Robberts and his delegation and had friendly discussion.

President Joost Emmen welcomed Mr. Juhan Robberts and his delegation, and introduced the priorities and key tasks of the company in 2019. He said that since the beginning of this year, the company management, together with all employees, had made joint efforts and worked hard to overcome the difficulties of the first quarter. In the second and third quarters, the situation was changed rapidly, profits have increased continuously, and the company's production and operation are stable, which should have not been realized without the support of all shareholders. At present, with further opening of the market, the increasing market competition and the growing pressure on safety and environmental protection, FREP was faced with more challenges. The management of the company was confident about future development, and hoped that shareholders could provide more supports and help to the development of the company.

Mr. Juhan Robberts recognized the good efforts made by Office of President of the company and all employees in facing difficulties and challenges. He said that he was glad to see that the master plan strategy reported this time has been improved with good ideas. But first of all, the company should ensure smooth and efficient operation of the existing facilities and compliance with laws and regulations. He said that ExxonMobil paid close attention to the development of FREP, which had established a good communication mechanism with the shareholders to proactively coordinate issues in the development of the company, and had taken necessary measures. He hoped that FREP would further improve its safety, reliability and financial performance and achieve sustainable scientific development.

Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing introduced the master plan of the company and FREP safety improvement plan respectively. The two parties also had in-depth exchanges on production and operation, safety and environmental protection, market situation and other topics.
