Fresh Blood, Set Sail towards Dream--The Company held 2018 New Employees Allocation Meeting


On September 18th, the Company held 2018 new employees allocation meeting in the Technology Hall of the plant area. Company management Mr. Gu Yuefeng, Mr. Joost Emmen and Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf were present. The responsible persons of Process Dept. Mechanical Dept., T&P Dept., FIN Dept. and COOP and 55 new employees attended the meeting.

Chairman Mr. Gu Yuefeng commented that he was very happy to see the results of the one more month induction training of the new employees. These results proved that the new employees were excellent. As they embarked on a new job, he would like to make a few suggestions for reference.

The first is to change mindset. Everyone needs to change their mindset, quickly adapt to the changes to new work environment, and complete the transition from university to enterprise as soon as possible. It is necessary to abide by the Company's rules and regulations, do a dedicated to the posts, and quickly engage in the Company's construction and development.

The second is to increase value. It is necessary to work hard and master relevant knowledge to improve work skills and become professional. Self-cultivation is very important. According to the knowledge and skill structure and posts requirements, one must adhere to targeted learning and adapt to the Company's development needs. At the same time, the Company places great expectations on every employee to grow into the elites for the Company's “Development of Talents in Three Channels” and compete with the Company’s competitors for the Company's future development.

The third is to remain true to the original aspiration, to establish lofty ideal and dare to pursue dreams. Nowadays, the society is becoming more and more open. In this era of enterprising spirit, success belongs to those who have ideals and dreams. At present, the construction and development of FREP provides a good platform for young people to temper themselves, grow and display their talents. Every employee is expected to cherish the environment for growth, be down-to-earth, and contribute their enthusiasm to the Company for a bright future of FREP.

The fourth is to make more contributions. “Teamwork, pursuit of excellence” is the entrepreneurial spirit of FREP. The Company’s development depends on hard work of one generation after another. The competition in future will be more intense. He hoped the new employees to be a person with ideals, actions and positive energy, set goals, work hard, and develop a good sense of teamwork to promote the Company’s development by continuous self-improvement.

President Mr. Joost Emmen commented that employees from different areas of China should be integrated into FREP family as soon as possible. He expected that every employee would make progress and develop together with the Company with a high sense of responsibility, and endeavor to support the Company's development. As members of FREP family, we should cooperate with, accept, be tolerant of our colleagues and learn from each other's strengths to set off weakness. Only with strength of unity, could we reach our goals. He looked forward to work with the new employees and make progress together for the vision of “to be a world-class petrochemical company with sustainable competitiveness”.

Vice president Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf expressed his pleasure to have the new employees to join FREP. The new employees brought hope to the Company as fresh blood. He sincerely hoped that new employees would get fully engaged in their work, get familiar with their work quickly, and make full use of their professional skills and knowledge, show their talents and unleash their strength.

At the meeting, the new employees reported and presented the results and experience of their induction training of more than a month. They all said that they were honored to join the FREP family. They would keep in mind the training contents, apply the training results to their work, adapt to new roles in a timely manner, strengthen professional beliefs, raise their sense of team spirit and responsibility, carry forward and inherit the good traditions of the company, and contribute to the Company's high-quality development.
