Employee Representatives Reviewed and Passed the Enterprise Annuities Management Guideline (Revised)


In the morning of October 12th, the 7th meeting of the 2nd Session of Employees Representative Conference was held in the South Meeting Room No.5 of Furui Hotel. At the meeting, FREP Annuities Management Guideline (Revised) (referred to as “Annuity Guideline” (Revised)) was reviewed and approved. Mr. Yuan Huadong, General Manager of HR&A Dept., briefed the revision of the Annuities Guideline. 105 employee representatives from different units attended the meeting. Entrusted by Mr. Yang Hongbin, the deputy secretary of Company Party Committee, secretary of Discipline Committee and chairman of Labor Union, Mr. Li Gang, vice chairman of Labor Union, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, HR&A Dept. reported on the revision of the Annuities Guideline. The representatives had serious discussions and review on the Guideline and reached a consensus. They believed that the revised Guideline was in detail and specific, in line with relevant regulations and actual conditions of the Company and the employees, which safeguarded the legal rights and interests of employees to largest extent. Through voting by raising hands, 105 employee representatives unanimously approved the revised Guideline.

The revised Guideline further standardized the operation and management of enterprise annuity, which will be a long-term effective mechanism to encourage employees to work with the Company. It is more conducive to protecting employees' retirement benefits, enhancing corporate cohesion and promoting the Company's sustainable and healthy development. (Xuan Wen)
