In the afternoon of October 29^th, chairman and Party secretary Mr. Gu Yuefeng visited Zhang Zhaohong labor model innovation studio for research and guidance.

Mr. Gu Yuefeng came to the studio and electrical, fitter and static equipment groups. While carefully examining the instrument operation platform, electrical PLC training platform, and ITCC simulation platform, he had cordially discussion with the studio facilitator and members to learn about the work and people development. In the studio, he reviewed the papers and training materials published by the studio, and asked in detail about patents and technological innovations.

Zhang Zhaohong, the facilitator of the studio, introduced the division of labor, staffing and working mechanism, major innovations and future innovation directions of the studio.

Mr. Gu Yuefeng fully recognized the innovation activities and achievements of the studio. He said that today representatives of labor model innovation studios from different positions gathered, he appreciated them for their contribution to the production, operation and development of the Company. He said that the best doctors were to cure the patients before they got ill. And it was true for “refining oil is the refining of equipment”. In recent years, we are delighted to see the improvement of equipment reliability, which ensured the long-term, full-load operation of the units.

Mr. Gu Yuefeng made several requirements: first, the studio should maintain a good working condition, the innovation activities should be close to the front-line production and be problem-oriented; focus on and solve the problems in operation at the site and turn the innovation results into actual profit. Second, innovation activities should be combined with the Company's development goals. As market competition is getting more and more fierce, enterprises could rely on advanced equipment, first-class management, etc., and ultimately on human management to remain invincible. The studio must further develop their ideas, improve the creation of working mechanisms, to maintain a strong vitality and play an active role in promoting enterprise development. Third, the labor model innovation studio should be built into an important position for talent training, an important platform for technological innovation, an important carrier to promote the model spirit to give full play to the demonstration, leading and radiation role of the studio and to further stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of labor models and employees and promote the Company’s high-quality development in the new era.

In November 2013, the Company established Zhang Zhaohong Labor Model Innovation Studio, the first studio named by the name of employee. There are 4 discipline groups under the studio, including instrument, static equipment comprehensive maintenance, electrical and rotating equipment, with a total headcount of about 70 persons, including 2 experts receiving special allowances from the State Council, 2 company-level experts, 2 senior engineers, and 8 senior technicians. In December 2015, Zhang Zhaohong Labor Model Innovation Studio was awarded the provincial model labor model studio by Fujian Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. Over the past 5 years since its establishment, the studio has realized 156 innovation achievements, in which the ethylene compressor UPS power supply optimization/ revamp could reduce the economic loss by more than 20M RMB per time.
