Saudi Aramco Asia Business and Culture Program Group Visited the Company


On October 30th, Saudi Aramco Asia Business and Culture Program Group visited the Company. President Mr. Joost Emmen, vice presidents Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Mr. Lin Xu and Mr. Zhao Tianxing warmly welcomed the visitor, and both sides had a cordial and friendly communication.

Mr. Joost Emmen firstly extended his warm welcome to the visitor. He commented that the visit from shareholders would not only strengthen the communication and contact between FREP and the shareholders, but also enable shareholders to learn more about FREP. At the same time, he expressed gratitude to Saudi Aramco for their strong support, and hoped to receive continuous care/ support from the shareholders.

Mr. Binmatlig Saad Humood, the lead of the group, appreciated the hospitality of FREP. He expressed that FREP was the last stop of their Asian business and cultural trip, also the stop that impressed them the most. FREP was the first joint venture that Saudi Aramco invested in China, a “window” for Saudi Aramco to learn about China. They hoped to learn from here and share the experience with other Saudi Aramco projects in China. Through this visit, they learned about the performance of FREP in production, operation, reliability, HSE etc., as well as the business plan of the joint venture. They appreciated FREP management for their efforts and the contributions to the shareholders. They believed that the shareholder could keep relying on the development of FREP in coming years, and wished FREP a better future.

The visitor had a tour to the exhibition hall, CCR2 and plant area, and learnt in detail about FREP development history and units configuration.

The group was also accompanied by Mr. Lin Bin, general manager (refining) of Process Dept. and Mr. Ji Houping, general manager (chemical) of Process Dept., Mr. Tang Liyan, general manager of T&P Dept., Mr. Mohammed Badoghaish, chief auditor and Mr. Haytham Zamzami, deputy general management of S&D Dept..
