In the afternoon of July 26^th, Mr. Gu Yuefeng visited Fuels-1 BT Party Branch for inspection and guidance.

Mr. Gu Yuefeng had a detailed understanding of the work of Fuels-1 BT Party Branch in carrying out Party building theme activities and clean and honest Party building.

Mr. Gu Yuefeng affirmed the work of the Party branch, especially appreciated the idea and practice of discussing with the contractor to carry out the Party building activities and jointly carrying out the Party building theme activities of “securing victory over a turnaround of high quality”. He said that the pragmatic work style of Fuels-1 BT Party Branch had been fully demonstrated in their work. Especially in their work, they had been dedicated to production, serving for production and operation undeviatingly, and testing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party organization with the results of production, operation and reform and innovation.

Mr. Gu Yuefeng pointed out that the purpose of strengthening the Party building was to make every Party member of the Company take a clear-cut political stand, resolutely safeguard the authority and leadership of the Party Central Committee; to make every Party member have a sense of belonging and feel the care from the Party organization; make every Party member always obey the Party's orders, follow the Party's lead and play the model role so as to contribute to the sustainable development of the Company.

With regard to carry out Party building at the grass-roots level and give full play to the exemplary role of fighting fortresses of Party branches and vanguards of Party members. Mr. Gu Yuefeng stressed that first, we should have a deep understanding of the significance and “fighting fortress” role of the Party branch; second, we should lay a foundation at the grass-roots level and constantly consolidate the foundation for Party building of the Company; third, we should always insist on the deep integration of Party building and safe production; fourth, we should promote the extension of the Party from strict governance to the grass-roots level and give full play to the role of the whole grass-roots level.
