In the afternoon of May 9^th, Mr. Wu Liyuan, secretary of Quangang District Party Committee, Mr. Chen Xiangcheng, executive deputy director of Quangang District, and Mr. Chen Qingyong, deputy director of Quangang District, visited the Company and had discussions with vice president Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf and vice president Mr. Lin Xu.

Mr. Lin Xu welcomed Mr. Wu Liyuan and his team. He thanked Quangang District Party Committee and Quangang district government for their support and help to FREP over the years. He also briefed the Company's production, operation and development planning since the beginning of the year, analyzed the overall industry development and shared the problems need to be coordinated and solved in light of the actual situation of the Company.

Mr. Wu Liyuan said that the purpose of this visit was to understand the situations of the Company. Principal leaders of Quangang District Party Committee and Quangang District government led the heads of government authorities to FREP to have a face-to-face communication and early coordination, thus to solve the problems encountered in the production and operation of the Company, promote the healthier, better and faster development of the Company, and realize harmonious interaction between local government and the enterprise.

Mr. Wu Liyuan pointed out: First, we shall focus on the changes of international situation, timely judge crude oil price trend, and strive for more initiatives for the production and operation of enterprises; second, we shall pay attention on safety production. The government takes the responsibility to supervise, serve as well as facilitate safe production of enterprises. Third, we shall be well prepared for 2018 turnaround, plan ahead, start early and be perfectly safe. Quangang District government would proactively support as needed.

The responsible persons of Quangang District Party Committee Office, Quangang Economic and Trade Bureau, Quangang Housing and Construction Bureau, Quangang Environmental Protection Bureau, Quangang Land and Resources Branch and Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park, and relevant responsible persons of the Company accompanied the visit.
