As the Spring Festival is approaching, the company management cared about the situation of the employees in need. In the afternoon of February 8^th, Mr. Joost Emmen, Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Mr. Yang Hongbin, Mr. Lin Xu and Mr. Zhao Tianxing led the responsible persons in relevant departments to visit the employees in need, and brought them with condolence money and supplies as well as the care and best wishes from all employees, in hope of bringing them with a happy and peaceful Spring festival.

Arrived at the home of the former employee Xue Yusong, the Company management asked about their situation to have a good understanding of their life. Xue Yusong died of illness and his wife was a temporary worker of a restructured enterprise. With his child studying in college, the family was under great economic pressure and had difficulties in life.

President Mr. Joost Emmen told them, in the past year, they had been in great pressure, both mentally and economically. He hoped that the New Year would bring them good luck and they would be happy and well.

Xue Yusong’s child talked about her college life with Mr. Joost Emmen in fluent English. Mr. Joost Emmen encouraged her to be relieved and work hard to finish her studies and lay a solid foundation for her future work.

Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf affectionately told the family members of Xue Yusong, “The Company management is thinking about the employees in need. FREP is a big family. We shall let every employee in need feel the warmth of the family.”

At the home of another employee in need, Wang Wenjiang, the Company management were all delighted and encouraged to see Wang Wenjiang’s happy mentality and his spirit of facing the challenges in life.

Wang Wenjiang had left his post due to his blindness. He said excitedly, “I am so grateful that the Company management visited us in their tight schedule. We feel so warm with the care of our big family – the Company. This would be a happy Spring Festival for me!”

 “Though I couldn’t fight at the frontline and contribute to the Company, I am just as unfeigned happy as everyone else for the Company’s growth and development. I really hope I could get back to my job without hindering the progress of our big family FREP”. Wang Wenjiang said excitedly, holding the hands of the Company management.

He also shared that his former leaders and colleagues often visited him and cared about his life. And he participated in low-vision volunteer service activities in Quanzhou to inspire other low-vision patients to set their life sails again by his own actions.

Mr. Joost Emmen said with care, “we are very glad to see that you are talkative and have a positive attitude to face difficulties. And our company’s development and performance today could not be achieved without a solid foundation laid by all the employees through their unremitting endeavor, including you. FREP will not forget the employees who have made contributions, and will not leave any employee in need behind. I hope you could feel at ease and recuperate, maintain a good mood, and enjoy a happy life”.

Visit employees in need before the Spring Festival is a tradition of FREP. The Company management would chat about domestic trivia with every such employee and their families kindly, carefully ask about their family life, illness condition and treatment effect, and encourage them to establish confidence, to maintain a good attitude, and to share their difficulties to the Company. As long as we all stick together, there would be no difficulty that could not be overcome.

Those employees in need and their families all appreciated the Company’s caring. In contrast to their counterparts from other companies in similar situation, they felt lucky to work for a responsible enterprise and management. They all said that the Company management cared about their difficulties and provided great help to solve practical difficulties.
