On November 17, residents from villages of Houtian, Xucuo and Fengqian, Houlong Town, Quangang district sent three banners to FREP to express their gratitude for the hardening facilities provided by it for the three roads in their communities, which solved the traffic problems for the residents. The couplets on the three banners respectively are “Bring tangible benefits to the mass with a warm heart and by building roads to connect thousands of families”, “The enterprise built roads to benefit the residents and enterprise and communities will work together to write a new and brilliant chapter”, and “the enterprise and communities will jointly create bright future and draw up a common blueprint.

Guo Ronghua, the deputy chief of Quangang District, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, PREP’s vice president and Musaed Babtain, general manager of HSE Department, attended the ceremony for banners handover.

Villages including Houtian, Xucuo and Qianfeng are the surrounding communities of FREP. On the way from the refinery to the pipe rack in LYW terminal, there are 3 communities. The Company has completed hardening for the roads along the pipe rack. The villages of Houtian, Xucuo and Qianfeng asked FREP to help harden three roads for the village for the convenience of the villagers. After the company was informed, it organized the construction team immediately to carry out the road hardening. Recently, the road hardening was completed and accepted. FREP’s service consciousness and efficient work was highly appreciated by residents of the surrounding communities and the masses. Therefore, they sent the banners to express their gratitude.

“We Qianfeng village is a beautiful village of Quanzhou city. And we appreciate so much for FREP’s good deed, which not only improved the beautiful village’s infrastructure level--- the road construction and made it convenient for tourists to visit the village.” Wang Meiya, director of Fengqian village committee said happily.
