On October 19, the Company leader Gu Yuefeng gave us a thematic Party Lecture titled “Fulfill the Obligations of Party members to Be Qualified Party Members” in the meeting room on the 3^rd floor of Fulian Building. The leaders Chen Xiaobo, Yang Hongbin, Liu Yanchang, Hu Hongye, Li Siyang, the middle-level leaders, Party branch secretaries and restructuring unit members and the party members of all the organizations and units working in Fulian building attended the lecture.

In the thematic lecture, Gu Yuefeng reviewed the evolution of duties and rights of the Party members and put forward four requirements to fulfill the obligations of Party members and be a qualified Party members: first, to be a qualified Party member, one must not forget their original intentions and always adhere to resolute and ideal conviction; second, to be a qualified Party member, one must continuously improve and to be perfect at the skills; third, to be a qualified Party member, one must play an exemplary role with top-notch performance; fourth, to be a qualified Party member, one must consciously accept the constraint discipline.

After the lecture, leaders of the Company attended the annual Leadership Theoretical Study and Party Branch Secretary Training Class. All the students were divided into four groups for discussions and communications. Combined with their own study and sticking to the theme “Never forget the original intentions, stay advanced, and be conscientious and able leader”, all the students held their talks about their understanding, experience, perception and plan about the practice. In the heartiest manner, their thinking and ideological recognition were unified and consensus on progress was achieved.

It is reported that this Thematic Party Lecture “Education Program for Party Building” is a part of Leadership Theoretical Study and Party Branch Secretary Training Class as well as the important content of the Company’s “Education Program for Party Building”.
