Company Held 2015 Senior Talents Appraisal Team 1st Session


FREP 2015 senior talents appraisal team 1st session (refining and petrochemical section) was held in Meeting Room 418# Office Building, Plant Area on the afternoon of Nov. 23. FREP Chairman and President Gu Yuefeng was present at the meeting and addressed the audience. Operation General Manager Liu Yanchang acted as the senior talents appraisal team lead. Relevant professional employees from PMT and HSE, as members of the appraisal team, attended the meeting. Since 2015 senior talents recruitment work kicked off in July, 9 employees from refining and petrochemical section applied. Employees who had passed the qualification assessment took part in the reply session.

President Gu Yuefeng took account of the facts of operation & management, reform & development and talent team construction of the Company, and emphasized the significance to evaluate senior talents now. He said, senior talents were related to the quality of scientific development of an enterprise, acted as an important safeguard to the corporate technical strength, and had an impact on the actual interests of a company. FREP OOP attached great importance to senior talents appraisal. We should give high priority to talent system and mechanism reform, build the channel for employee development, fully demonstrate the exemplary role of senior talents by selecting role models and setting benchmark, and lead our employees to grow in work and make achievements at work. He also required that senior talents selected are expected to make outstanding contributions to the Company’s production & operation, take the lead in the industry and exert certain influence upon the industry.
