On the morning of Sep. 25, FREP 2015 turnaround/revamp project coordination meeting was held at the 5^th meeting room of Furui Hotel. The attendees included Wong Bisheng, Director of Sinopec Engineering Department, Qi Guosheng, DGM of Sinopec Refining & Petrochemical Engineering Company, Tang Mingzhi, DGM of Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Company, Hu Hongye, FREP PMG project general manager, and the leaders of FREP Mechanical Department, Process Department and the units involved in the construction etc..

At the meeting, Zhuang Xiaodong, GM of Mechanical Department reported the preparation work status of 2015 turnaround/revamp project, and the representatives of the units involved in the construction such as Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Company and Yueyang Changlian Electromechanical Company etc. reported the early-stage preparations of the turnaround/revamp project. Qi Guosheng, DGM of Sinopec Refining & Petrochemical Engineering Company and other leaders made statements of their positions. Finally, Hu Hongye, PMG general manager made a summary speech.

The meeting pointed out that the 2015 turnaround/revamp working plan should be coordinated with the Company’s production & operation status and the five-year plan so as to achieve the target of complying with the laws & regulations, equipment reliability, process optimization and production capacity improvement. This turnaround is featured by limited schedule and highly concentrated construction work, and the hidden hazard control project will be implemented synchronously with the construction project. The whole company shall make full preparations from the ideology, concentrate the efforts in fulfilling the safety & quality responsibility and strengthening the control & management, improving the working efficiency and optimizing the construction organization, as well as in the overall planning and multiple coordination, so as to ensure that FREP 2015 turnaround/revamp project can be completed smoothly.

On the afternoon of Sep. 24, the representatives attending the meeting visited the field of 2015 turnaround/revamp project, accompanied by Hu Hongye, PMG project general manager.

It is reported that the milestone schedule of the 2015 turnaround/revamp project was developed according to the time node that the turnaround conditions would be available in Nov. 2015, and the construction period is preliminarily set as 42 days (the construction period will be optimized by taking Fuels-2 FCC as the primary critical path and 2# APS/VPS as the secondary critical path; the construction period is from the feedstock cut-off to the feedstock restoration, including the overhaul time).
