“The Double Ninth Festival comes today, as it always does year after year.”To promote Chinese traditional virtues of respecting and loving the aged and build a good atmosphere of care for the elderly throughout the society, the Company organized retirees for a Double Ninth Festival Seminar in Furui Hotel on the afternoon of September 21. Yang Hongbin, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of Trade Union of the Company, Lei Xueqing, General Manager of HR&A Department, and retirees’ representatives gathered together to celebrate the Double Ninth Festival and enjoyed a talk over the deep love for the Company. General Manager Lei Xueqing chaired the seminar.

In the seminar, the head for the Company’s Retiree Club introduced the efforts made of the Club and the next step work plan. Retirees extended sincere gratitude to the Company’s Party for the care rendered to their lives. They also expressed one after another that they would continue to care for and pay attention to the development of FREP and make their own contributions to the construction and growth of FREP.

Deputy Secretary Yang Hongbin expressed, on behalf of the Company’s Party, cordial greetings and heartfelt thanks to retirees and briefed on the tough environment that the Company recently faced in business operation in combination with the current market situation. He pointed out that retirees exerted their utmost effort, bore hardships and stood hard work, showed selfless devotion, worked dedicatedly and made tremendous contributions in the course of construction and development of FREP. In the next step efforts, the Company would make all-out efforts to serve the retirees, pay more attention to those who suffer hardships in life or live with serious illness, help them out of difficulties and provide timely help; actively organize recreational and sports activities that fit the hobby and characteristics of the aged, constantly enrich the cultural life of them and try best to create a sound and healthy living environment for them. He hoped that retirees would continue to care for the construction and development of FREP, as always, offer advice and suggestions proactively, give play to the functions of the aged, unit in a concerted effort and build and enjoy a beautiful FREP home together.
