On Sep. 22, FREP organized the shareholders to hold the project discussion meeting at the meeting room on the 15^th floor of Quanzhou Office Building. The meeting was presided by Chairman Gu Yuefeng, and attended by Company directors, supervisors, Office of President, project general managers, Process Department, Finance Department, Technical & Planning Department and shareholders’ representatives.

The meeting listened to the report of FREP project team on the scheme study for the new acid gas treatment unit complying with the new standard, the gasoline quality upgrading & revamping project and the diesel quality upgrading & revamping project.

 At the meeting, the directors fully affirmed the work developed and the efforts made by the project team at the project study stage, and were satisfied with the report made by the project team. The meeting required that the project team should follow up the follow-up items raised at the meeting and carry out further research and study as well.

The meeting pointed out that with further development of Chinese society and economy fields etc., the domestic production & operation environment is also changing, and the Company is faced with the requirements of laws & regulations for constant improvement as a petrochemical enterprise. The Company shall take proactive attitude to meet various challenges, whether in safety & environmental protection or in oil product quality upgrading.

Preside Gu Yuefeng expressed on behalf of the Company’s management level that Office of President would take the compliance and legal operation of the Company as the primary task and would be committed to improving the Company’s integral competitiveness under great supports from shareholders and Board of Directors, while continuously optimizing the operation and improving the benefits.
