On the morning of April 2^nd, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of SINOPEC Engineering (Group) Company Limited Mr. Lu Dong visited Quangang Industrial Park in the company of FREP management Yang Hongbin and Hu Hongye to observe the one-time successful start-up of EO/EG unit and extend greetings to employees working in the front line.

The group visited EO/EG central control room as the first stop. Mr. Lu shook hands with the on-job front-line employees and expressed congratulations to the one-time successful start-up.

Mr. Lu Dong said that FREP employees, contractors and service providers were united as One Family of One Mind to overcome difficulties and successfully start up EO/EG unit with production of premium EG products. Since EO/EG unit was a critical unit for FREP to improve profit, he encouraged all departments and business teams of FREP in particular EO/EG BT and all the functions participating in construction of this unit to take ownership, keep up the good work, pull together and strive to build EO/EG unit into an energy-saving project with advanced technology, world-class management and prominent profit, in contribution to better and faster development of FREP.

Mr. Lu Dong also listened to the presentation by SEI site manager about the progress of EO/EG engineering construction. He recognized the high quality construction and encouraged the involved personnel to keep up the good work, take accountability for the expectations of owner, coordinate the owner to ensure steady operation of the unit with high effectiveness up to high standard, practically provide EPC service and devote to the excellent project for FREP.
