On the afternoon of March 10^th, a special funny game was organized in the basketball court located in the living area to celebrate Women’s Day for female employees. Crying One Two One Two, the teams strode into constant steps towards the destination in a rush.

The game included competition items such as “March in Step”, “Rolling Wheel” and “Shoulder to Shoulder”. During the competition item of “March in Step”, all the team members rushed forward in step with close coordination immediately after the order issued by the judge. Unfortunately a team member was stepped on the shoe but she continued to run forward without putting on the dropped shoe. She told the reporter afterwards that it was due to lack of privity with other team members since it was her first time to participate in such a game. However, she said it was very funny and everyone had a good time.

The drizzle on that day did not impair people’s enthusiasm for the game. The players fought hard in the court with bursts of applause by the audience. In the atmosphere of harmony and joys, the female employees had a joyful and memorable holiday.

After fierce competition, Comprehensive Maintenance Group of Mechanical Department, Product Quality Center of Technical & Planning Department and Supply & Distribution Department won the top three prizes.

On March 5^th, the company Labor Union facilitated a symposium for female employees to celebrate Women’s Day. Deputy Secretary of Company Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of Labor Union Yang Hongbin, representatives of female employees from various positions, and Female Employee Committee members sat together to talk about production, safety, development the life. All the participants freely expressed their opinions in a harmonious and hearty atmosphere.

The representatives put forward quite a lot of pertinent advices and suggestions in the perspectives of how to improve the quality of female employees to play a role in company production operation and development, how to carry out activities by female employee committees at all levels, how to protect the legal interest of female employees and so on.

It was reported that the company Labor Union organized a series of activities to celebrate Women’s Day and made it a harmonious, joyful, cozy and memorable holiday for female employees in the company. During the activities, people exchanged feelings, promoted friendship and got refreshed physically and mentally. They were also further motivated to devote themselves into work and make more contributions to the company development in the constant spirits of self-respect, self-confidence, self-help and self-improvement.
