With Spring Festival around the corner, the company management was concerned about the life of needy employees. On the afternoon of February 11^th, the company management paid a visit to needy employees under leadership of Gu Yuefeng, Nouraddin.A.Yousuf, Parut Chatikavanij and Yang Hongbin. They extended the care and wishes of the whole organization to the needy and wished them a happy Spring Festival.

 “Appreciate your time to visit us. The warm greetings from FREP as a big family make it a real new year for us!” said emotionally by a needy employees when shaking hands with the company management member.

It has been a tradition for FREP to visit and greet needy employees prior to Spring Festival. Wherever they visit, the company management had a sweet chat with the needy employee and his/her family, inquired of the living conditions, state of illness and clinical effect etc. in great patience, encouraged the employee to build confidence in a good mindset and feedback to the organization in event of any problems. There would be no problems if all of us were well united as a team.

The company has various approaches to support and help the needy, including medical insurance, supplementary medical insurance and specific allowances, which enable the sick employees to get the majority of medical cost reimbursed to guarantee their livelihood.

Badly off for the time being, these employees were so effusive in gratitude to the company management for their cares, feeling very lucky to work for such an accountable enterprise and leaders in comparison to others having the same problem outside FREP.
