On the afternoon of February 16^th, a delegation lead by Lin Boqian, Municipal Standing Committee Member and Executive Vice Mayor of Quanzhou, paid a visit to FREP for Spring Festival greetings, accompanied by FREP leadership Gu Yuefeng, Nouraddin.A. Yousuf, Parut Chatikavanij and Yang Hongbin, together with Secretary of Quangang District CCP Committee Hong Ziqiang and the District Chief Wu Liyuan.

As entrusted by Secretary of Quanzhou Municipal Committee Huang Shangping and Mayor of Quanzhou Zheng Xincong and on behalf of Quanzhou Municipal CCP Committee and Government, Vice Mayor Lin Boqian delivered regards and greetings to quite a few employees in the new central control room who had to give up reunion with family to work in front line during the Spring Festival holiday. Lin Boqian stated briefly that petrochemical industry was an important pillar industry in Quanzhou and FREP had been acting as leading backbone of Quanzhou petrochemical industrial cluster. He expected the enterprise to adapt to the new normal, drive transformation and development, expand capacity, produce more products, maximize beneficial results as soon as possible and make more contributions to local economy development and petrochemical industrial cluster expansion. He also required relevant departments subordinate to Quanzhou City Government and the local Party Committee and Government to do the best serving and guaranteeing the project construction and to drive successful implementation of the projects.

On behalf of FREP Office of President, Gu Yuefeng expressed gratitude to the leadership of Quanzhou Party Committee and Government  and Quangang Party Committee and Government for their greetings to FREP. Debriefing the overall performance of company production and operation in 2014, he said that FREP would continue to reinforce HSE performance improvement, enhance delicacy management and profitability in parallel with plant operation in a safe and steady manner so as to contribute to economy development in Quanzhou. He stated that FREP would rigorously comply with requirements of the new Law of Production Safety and Law of Environmental Protection, drive gasoline upgrading, establish itself in Quanzhou, focus on development of Quanzhou, positively perform the duty as a social citizen, commit to being an excellent corporate citizen and a good neighbor of the community, make efforts to bring benefit to Quanzhou and return to the society.
