On the afternoon of February 13^th, the Company Party Committee Work Conference in 2015 was organized in Furui Hotel.

Company Party Committee Member, Chairman and President Gu Yuefeng presided over the meeting and delivered a conclusion speech and Party Committee Secretary Chen Xiaobo presented to the assembly 2015 Work Report. The meeting was organized with attendance of Company Leadership Liu Xiangdong, Yang Hongbin, Liu Yanchang, Hu Hongye, Li Siyang and Chen Feishan, participated by more than 200 employee representatives from all functions.

Mr. Chen Xiaobo delivered a work report on behalf of Company Party Committee – Adapt to New Normal and Work around New Orientation for Strong Guarantee of FPCL Development to be Modernized and Harmonious. The Report briefly reviewed the achievement of Company Party Committee in 2014, analyzed the facing situation and tasks, and arranged the key work for Party Committee in 2015.

Generic work expectations of Party Committee in 2015 as follows: under guidance of the Third and Forth Plenary Sessions of the 18^th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, learn and execute the spirits of series importance speeches by Secretary-General Xi Jinping, implement arrangement of the company annual work conference, adapt to the new normal of economical situation, base on the new orientation of company development, work closely around the central task to reduce loss and increase profit for transformation and development, carry out the principle of strict party discipline, give full play to the Five Roles, achieve the Six Transformations, drive the conversion of political advantage into core competitiveness of the enterprise, and provide solid guarantee for the development of a modernized and harmonious BIG FULIAN.

Chairman Gu Yuefeng delivered a conclusion speech for the meeting and raised three requirements on how to carry out the spirit of this meeting. Firstly, well manage implementation of the meeting spirit to be translated into conscientious pursuit and action by the mass cadres and employees; secondly, regard it as a major event to perform the main responsibility of Party Committee and supervisory responsibility of Discipline Inspection Commission for construction of the incorrupt Party conduct, and continually intensify the awareness of Two Responsibilities; thirdly, well manage various key work of the present time including control of operation safety and stability, strict implementation of Eight Provisions of the central authority, and organization of various greetings prior to the festival for employees to have a healthy and meaningful new year.

At the meeting, Party branches of Olefin BT and Fuels-2 BT in Process Department, general Party branches of Fulin Gas Company and Fuyuan Company shared experiences of Party building and ideological and political work. Commitments of target responsibilities and incorrupt Party conduct construction were respectively issued at the meetings. (Xiao Wanyuan)
