On January 30^th, FREP Management Work Conference in 2015 was convened in Quanzhou Office Building with presence of Company Management Gu Yuefeng, Nouraddin.A.Yousuf, Parut Chatikavanij, Yang Hongbin, Liu Yanchang and Hu Hongye, attended by GMs and DGMs of all departments, PMG leaders, BTMs and employee representatives.

Company Chairman and President Gu Yuefeng presented a work report at the meeting - Adapt to the New Normal with New Conducts in a New Phase. In his report, President Gu summarized FREP business performance in 2014 with analysis of 2014 highlights and lowlights and indicated that we should proactively respond to the new normal economy and characteristics of market and seize opportunities out of the challenges in front of us in 2015. In addition, he laid out the targets and action plans for 2015 in the report with emphasis on 1) continuous improvement of HSE performance; 2) reduction of unplanned shutdowns; 3) exploration of market at full blast; 4) cost reduction; 5) enhancement of organization effectiveness; 6) adaptability to the new normal in a new state.

At the meeting, 2014 OOP Awards were presented to Aromatics Energy Saving Project Team and five individuals Chen Peng, Qiu Jinchang, He Jiaying, Qin Jiang and Mo Ping.

After the breakout, the participants got a full understanding of the work report in perspectives of 2014 achievements and gaps as well as the new situation and challenges in 2015. And they achieved alignment on the targets, priorities of key focus areas and initiatives for efficiency improvement in 2015 with intensified sense of accountability and urgency for profit improvement to adapt to the new normal in a new state and dutifully contribute to accomplishment of the annual target.

    At end of the meeting, FREP BOD Chairman and President Gu Yuefeng, VP Nouraddin.A.Yousuf and VP Parut Chatikavanij delivered conclusion speeches respectively and the meeting came to a successful close in the afternoon. (Xiao Wanyuan)
