On Oct.23, BOD held its 17^th meeting at the 15^th floor meeting room of Quanzhou office building. The meeting was presided by Chairman Lu, and attended by board directors, supervisors, members of OOP, GM of processing operation, GM of project and representatives of shareholders. Heads of Fin and T&P attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

The meeting debriefed the senior management’s reports on January-September business review, whole-year outlook,  business plan (2015-2018), 2014 new capital projects, important contracts and plans, personnel management, financial and DOAG, SCDP progress and development plans of FREP; reviewed and approved business plan (2015-2018) and other related matters.

The present directors recognized the fruitful efforts contributed by all employees led by the company management this year, especially achievements on dealing with the challenging market conditions and improving profitability and HSE performance. They requested the management, facing the current status and tasks, continuously focusing on safety, reliability, margin and other key areas, address jet kerosene marketing and other specific issues, further improving profitability. They also expressed appreciation to Mr. Lu Dong’s diligent and hard work and outstanding contribution to FREP during his term as chairman of board and president of FREP.  

On behalf of the management, President Lu said the OOP, with support of shareholders and BOD, was confident to lead all employees to work hard and fully complete the tasks, committed to make FREP a leading refining & petrochemical integrated company in Asia. 

In the afternoon of Oct.22, Committee of Audit of BOD also held its 18^th meeting on which relevant matters were discussed and approved. (COOP)
