FREP P&U had a business training class for 2014 grass-roots party construction work in the Training Room Exhibition Hall on October 24. Over 70 people from general party branches, branch secretaries and organization commissaries took the training class.

Chen Xiaobo, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, was present and conducted a class-opening mobilization. Chen Xiaobo pointed out that since foundation of the Joint Venture, grass-roots party organizations at all levels had carried out distinctive theme activities in combination of the characteristics of a joint venture enterprise and the reality of each own department/team; Party members and cadres took the initiative in playing an exemplary and vanguard role, particularly during the crucial time of turnaround when their identity was revealed by courageously undertaking the most urgent, difficult, dangerous and heavy tasks. They set good examples for other employees and built a good image of Party members in the Company.

Chen Xiaobo reinforced that grass-roots Party Branch Secretaries, as working at grass-root level, who spent together with employees every day with arduous work tasks and part-time jobs should all the more carry forward the fine tradition and work style of the Party, further raise the sense of responsibility and sense of mission to improve grass-roots party construction work and ideological work of the masses, lead employees to take off the hat of loss with determination and confidence, and make contributions to the maintenance and appreciation of state owned asset value.

He Qingdong, FREP Assistant Chief Political Advisor and PC&UO Director, lectured on “Daily Work Practice for Grass-Roots Party Branches”. He set out the points in depth from the responsibilities of grass-roots Party branches, settings of grass-roots organizations, daily work of grass-roots Party branches, “three meetings and one class” system, Party branches’ election work and the major jobs for organization commissaries.

Zheng Yaoming, Deputy Director of Organization Department Party CommitteeFPCL, delivered a subject matter lecture. He gave an in-depth instruction from two perspectives as “keep the entrance gate, standardize operation and ensure the development quality of new Party members” and “keep exit clear and deal with disqualified Party members” and elaborated on the enforcement details for the development of the Company’s Party members.

After one day training, grass-roots Party organization secretaries and commissaries got better understanding of the importance of grass-roots Party construction work and the work contents of grass-roots Party branches, and improved the work skill of grass-roots Party branches. The training class met expectations.
