FREP Special OOP Meeting Held Study 2014 Five Key Focus Areas and Benefit Improvement Action Plan
Chaired by President Mr. Lu Dong, Special OOP Meeting was held on Mar. 3rd to follow up and implement the deployment made in FREP 2014 management working conference, drive the execution of priorities of five key focus areas and benefit improvement action plan and motive the whole staff to further sense of crisis and responsibility and proactively engage in management and the two-benefit improvement activities. The meeting studied 2014 five key focus areas and benefit improvement action plan. FREP departmental Deputy General Managers and above and Business Team Managers attended the meeting.
On the morning of 3rd, the meeting debriefed relevant departmental leads about the action plan for FREP 2014 five key focus areas and relevant Business Teams about benefit improvement measures. On the afternoon, group discussions were carried out, with focus on the priorities of five key focus areas, benefit improvement plan, how to cascade them down for implementation and how to improve executive force. Attendees also got alignment in the goals of and measures for management improvement, cost reduction and benefit improvement.
It’s pointed out at the meeting that the Company still suffered loss in Jan.-Feb. this year, the undesirable economic situation did not turn for the better while the market environment tended to be even more fierce. Therefore, it’s requested at the meeting that all departments and Business Teams shall fully understand the gap of benefit improvement and tap opportunities for improvement, further strengthen sense of crisis and responsibility, build confidence, take swift action and motivate the whole staff to engage in and implement action plan. It’s emphasized that we need to better leverage the advantage of cross-functional cooperation, cement leadership and strengthen support to business Teams.
