Flowers blossom in warm March Spring. The Company’s Party Committee held 2014 working meeting and working meeting for construction of the party conduct and anti-corruption bid on the afternoon of Mar. 4^th in Quanzhou Fulian Building.

Mr. Lu Dong, Party Committee Member, President and Chairman of FREP presided over the meeting and made the closing speech. Mr. Chen Xiaobo, Secretary of the Party Committee, on behalf of the Company’s Party Committee, delivered 2014 work report. Mr. Yang Hongbin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, delivered 2014 work report of the Discipline Inspection Commission. Over 200 representatives from different organizations were present at the meeting.

Comrade Mr. Chen Xiaobo, on behalf of the Company’s Party Committee, delivered the work report themed “Center on Benefit Improvement, Serve Reform and Development, Write a New Chapter of Modern and Harmonious FPCL”. The report briefly reviewed 2013 work of the Party Committee, analyzed the situation and tasks in front of us and arranged and deployed 2014 focal points of work of the Party Committee.

Overall requirements for 2014 Party Committee work: as guided by the spirits of the 18^th CPC National Congress and the 3^rd Plenary Session, we shall fully implement Sinopec Group working meeting spirit, center on turning loss to profit, proactively play the role of “five roles”, fulfill “six transformations”, build the Party in the spirit of reform and innovation, push forward translating political advantage into core competitiveness, fully motivate employees, boost confidence, fight hard, achieve the overall goal of turning loss into profit, embrace the Company’s congress of party representatives and write a new chapter of modern and harmonious FPCL.

Comrade Mr. Yang Hongbin delivered the Discipline Inspection Commission work report themed “Focus on Central Tasks, Highlight Key Work, Profoundly Push Forward Construction of the Party Conduct and Anti-Corruption Bid”. The report briefly reviewed the Company’s 2013 construction of party conduct and anti-corrosion bid, and arranged and deployed 2014 major work assignments for the Company’s Discipline Inspection Commission.

Comrade Mr. Lu Dong gave a closing speech and raised three requirements for better implementation of the spirit of the meeting. First, pay attention to the implementation of the meeting spirit. Second, make great efforts in clean, honest and self-disciplined party construction. Third, ensure safe and stable work.

At the meeting, Utilities BT Party Branch, Ruisheng Industrial Subsidiary Party Branch, S&D Party Branch, Fulin Gas Company General Party Branch and Fuyuan Company General Party Branch exchanged and spoke about experiences in construction of party conduct, ideological and political work, construction of a clean and honest administration, etc. Liability Statement of primary party organization target and Liability Statement of construction of the party conduct and clean and honest administration were also issued at the meeting.
