He emphasized that regular communication and sound mechanisms between both parties serve as crucial safeguards for the smooth operation of circular economy projects. With current opportunities in circular economy development becoming increasingly prominent, efforts should focus on capacity exploration, evaluation of physical and chemical recycling models for waste plastics, and precise alignment with market demands. He stated that FREP will adhere to the bottom line of ensuring safe and stable production, optimize material balance, ensure the continuity of chemical recycling in circular economy projects, and provide stable support for downstream manufacturers. He looked forward to further deepening communication and collaboration between both parties, expanding cooperation areas to achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcome to lay a solid foundation for the Company’s transition towards green and low-carbon development.

Khaled expressed satisfaction with the outcomes of this exchange and highly commended FREP's professional practices in the field of circular economy. He stressed that as the first enterprise to achieve mass production cooperation with SABIC in in the circular economy sector in China, FREP will further deepen collaboration with SABIC. Both sides will enhance communication mechanisms and advance project implementation efficiently through multi-dimensional cooperation, including expert on-site exchanges, lifecycle management of recycled materials, and carbon footprint analysis, fully supporting the high-quality development of FREP.

During the talk, both parties also engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the production and sales coordination of circular polyolefin products.

It is reported that the circular economy serves as a crucial pathway for the green transformation of the petrochemical industry, delivering both ecological and economic benefits. FREP initiated its circular economy project in December 2023, achieving the first shipment of recycled polyolefin products in July this year. This collaboration will further advance the mass production capacity expansion and market expansion in the circular economy sector for both parties, fostering mutually beneficial growth.
