On November 21, Xu Zhenfa, Chairman and Party Committee Secretary of SINOPEC Hainan Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd, and Wu Junwei, Chief Accountant and Party Committee Member, visited the Company. Company leaders Lin Xu and Yang Fei met with Xu Zhenfa and Wu Junwei along with their delegation to exchange views on collaborative profit creation.

Acting President Lin Xu welcomed the visit by Xu Zhenfa and Wu Junwei along with their delegation, briefing them on this year's production and operation performance. He noted that with continuous release of new production capacity intensifying industry competition, the Company remains confident in development, seizing market opportunities to drive whole-process optimization, maximize potential efficiency gains, and enhance profitability. Both parties should deepen cooperative consensus, strengthen communication alignment, and enhance synergy in raw material procurement, production optimization, and market development to jointly chart a new chapter of high-quality development.

Xu Zhenfa provided detailed introductions about SINOPEC Hainan Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd.’s business segments and facility scale. He noted that both parties share a solid foundation for cooperation, with high business compatibility, strong complementarity, and broad prospects for collaboration. He expressed hope to establish a regular liaison mechanism with FREP, to facilitate communication channels, leverage respective strengths, consolidate and expand cooperative achievements, continuously enhance market competitiveness, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

During the meeting, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as market expansion, product portfolio, and facility optimization.

Prior to the discussion, Xu Zhenfa and Wu Junwei along with their delegation visited the Company's unit sand table model.
