On September 17, Haytham Zamzami, Vice President of the Company, visited Quanzhou Customs and held discussions with Tian Shuai, Director of Quanzhou Customs, on further deepening customs-enterprise cooperation.

Haytham Zamzami expressed gratitude for the consistent support and assistance provided by Quanzhou Customs to the Company’s production and operations, and provided an overview of the Company’s operational performance. He noted that amid increasingly fierce market competition, Quanzhou Customs has demonstrated strong commitment to enterprise development by leveraging its advantages, optimizing regulatory processes, and enhancing clearance efficiency, thereby creating favorable conditions for the Company's production and operations. Since the beginning of this year, while consolidating safety in production, the Company has actively seized market opportunities, deeply optimized facility operations, and vigorously implemented measures to quality and profitability improvement, and cost reduction, achieving notable results in reversing operational challenges. It is hoped that in future work, Quanzhou Customs will provide more guidance and support to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and better serve the local economy.

Tian Shuai expressed gratitude to FREP for its understanding and cooperation with Quanzhou Customs’ various initiatives. He stated that FREP is a key enterprise within the jurisdiction, and a strong cooperative relationship has been established between the customs and the Company. Quanzhou Customs will continue to uphold the principle of serving enterprises by providing more efficient and convenient regulatory measures to support their growth. At the same time, he hopes that FREP will offer valuable suggestions and recommendations in relevant business areas to help Quanzhou Customs continuously optimize the port business environment, ensuring that the port is “well-regulated with work done promptly”.

On the same day, Haytham Zamzami and his delegation also visited the Quanzhou Customs Quangang Office and the Xiaocuo Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station, holding separate meetings with Sun Ningsheng, Director of the Quanzhou Customs Quangang Office, and Li Ming, Chief of the Xiaocuo Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station.
