Party Committee Conveys and Studies the Guiding Principles Set out in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee

On October 31, the Company's Party Committee convened a meeting to convey and study the guiding principles set out in Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and to deliberate and arrange the Company's campaign for studying, publicizing, and implementing the guiding principles.

The meeting was chaired and addressed by Zhang Xiguo, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company. Present were Company leaders Zhao Tianxing, Lin Xu, Hong Xiaojiang, Li Ji, and Liu Jiangwen, along with heads of relevant Departments.

It was pointed out at the meeting that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, held at a critical juncture as we embark on a new journey toward the second centenary goal, is a highly significant conference with profound implications that have drawn worldwide attention. The Plenary Session holds great and far-reaching significance in uniting the confidence and strength of the entire Party and people of all ethnic groups across the country, continuously advancing the great cause of building a strong nation and realizing national rejuvenation, and ensuring decisive progress in basically realizing socialist modernization.

It was stressed at the meeting that studying, publicizing, and implementing the guiding principles set out in Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee is a major political task for the present and the coming period.

First, study deeply and comprehend thoroughly to strengthen theoretical foundations. We should strengthen organizational leadership, make meticulous arrangements, and swiftly launch a campaign to study, publicize, and implement the guiding principles set out in Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. We should earnestly launch training and publicity programs to ensure the guiding principles set out in Plenary Session is deeply understood and effectively implemented.

Second, focus on development with courage and commitment. We should be oriented towards high-end, intelligent, and green developments, vigorously promote the coordinated development of the Quangang and Gulei bases, accelerate the construction of the Gulei Phase II project, and strive to forge a distinctive path of high-quality development, aiming to build a "aircraft carrier-level" enterprise in the refining and chemical sector.

Third, pursue tangible results through real practices and solid work. We should transform learning outcomes into a powerful driving force for development, focus on ensuring safe and environmentally friendly production, improving quality and profitability, and advancing project construction.
