Company Leaders Visited Employees in Need before the Spring Festival
The true character of pine and cypress is revealed in frigid winter, and a friend in need is a friend indeed. As the Year of the Snake approaches, the well-being and living conditions of the Company’s employees in need remain at the forefront of Company leaders’ mind.
On the afternoon of January 26, the Company’s Acting President Lin Xu personally led the heads of relevant departments to visit employees’ homes to bring warmth and care to employees in need. Wherever they went, they presented the employees with thoughtful economic grant and gifts, conveying sincere blessings and hoping that the employees could have a happy and peaceful Spring Festival.
When stepping into the home of Ye Jian of Electrical Operation Group, the Company leaders’ care was evident in their words. They had cordial conversations with Ye Jian, asking in detail about his physical health and family life, and their words were full of encouragement and support. The leaders urged Ye Jian to remain confident, maintain an optimistic attitude towards life, and actively face the difficulties ahead. It was believed that the new year would surely bring new opportunities, and it was hoped that he could always maintain a happy mood and stay positive.
At the home of Wang Wenjiang, an employee of the Fuels-2 BT who left his post for medical recovery, Lin Xu saw that despite being blind, Wang Wenjiang still maintained a positive and optimistic attitude towards life and was brave enough to face the challenges of life. His home was clean and tidy, and full of sunlight. This positive spirit made Lin Xu deeply pleased and encouraged.
Lin Xu said with emotion: “Today I saw Wen Jiang in high spirits and his home was decorated so warmly. Although he couldn’t see with his eyes, the smile on his face and the positive energy he exuded not only touched us, but also inspired each of us."
Wang Wenjiang left his post for medical recovery due to blindness. Facing the visit of the Company leaders, he could not hide his excitement: “Thank you for coming to visit us in person after the TA/revamp and amid such a busy schedule. The Company’s care and greetings warmed our hearts.” He held the Company leader's hand tightly and said affectionately: “Although I can no longer work on the production frontline for the Company as before, I always care about the Company. I am happy to see the Company continue to grow and develop.”
Those employees who are temporarily in trouble expressed their gratitude to the Company and their organization. Since they fell ill, the strong support from the Company has made them feel warm and given them more courage and confidence to overcome the diseases and difficulties.
