On December 23, the Company held a kick-off meeting for the safety inspection before New Year’s Day and Spring Festival in 2025 to arrange for and deploy tasks, to implement safety responsibilities and control measures, effectively prevent major safety risks, and ensure safe and smooth production after the start-up of units.

Company leaders Lin Xu and Li Ji attended the meeting. Heads of all business teams and members of each inspection team participated in the meeting.

For the safety inspection, it was proposed at the meeting that:

First, intensify red line awareness and bottom line thinking. This inspection is not only a test and review of the achievements scored in the TA/Revamp but also a reality-discovering journey for the Company to have a thorough understanding of its production safety status. All organizations must attach great importance to it, effectively fulfill their respective owner responsibilities, professional responsibilities and supervision and inspection responsibilities to ensure that the job gets well done.

Second, strengthen organization and mobilization. All organizations should formulate a rigorous, feasible, and specific plan based on their actual situation, in accordance with the requirements for the safety inspection before the “New Year’s Day” and “Spring Festival”, widely mobilizing employees to conduct intensive and thorough inspections, leaving no gaps, dead ends or blind zones.

Third, focus on rectifying problems. All organizations should track the root causes of the potential hazards identified, scientifically assess and judge them, and effectively come up with strong measures to ensure they are immediately rectified, fully uncovered and resolved, building up a firm safety defense line.
