On the morning of July 4, the Company launched the 2024 TA Public OpenDay Eventthemed on "Work together for Green Maintenance to Draw a NewChapter of Development", welcoming a group of special visitors. More than 100 resident representatives from Tukeng Village, Houtian Village, Houqian Village, Fengqian Village, Kengzidi, Xianjing Village, Xianfeng Village, Tianzhu Village, Fulian Community, Qixia Community and other surrounding communities were invited to enter the Company's production site to find out more, experience FREP's work on production safety and environmental protection, and enhance their understanding of the Company's 2024 TA.

Company leader Lin Xu attended the event and delivered a speech. Heads of Process Department, HSE Department, Mechanical Department,Party & Union Department and other departments participated in the event.

Lin Xu extended a warm welcome to the community residents for visiting FREP, and hoped that the community residents could experience up close the Company's achievements in production safety, environmental protection and corporate culture building. The production, operation, construction and development of FREP cannot be separated from the support of the community. The Company actively fulfills its social responsibilities, participates in local public welfare undertakings, and gives back the development results to the society. We thank the community residents for their continued support and understanding.

Lin Xu said that this year is the last year of FREP's six-year operation cycle. According to the work arrangement, the entire plant will be shut down for maintenance and revamp from October to December this year. Through this TA, the Company will improve its safety, environmental protection and reliability levels. The Company has formulated a scientific start-up and shutdown plan to ensure that the overall TA tasks are completed in accordance with laws and regulations, and in a safe and environmentally friendly, high-quality and efficient manner, to achieve the maintenance goal of "zero injury, zero pollution, and zero incidents", and to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment and theactivities local residents.

Lin Xu pointed out that the Public Open Day serves as an important window for communication between the Company and the society. He hopes that through the Public Open Day, the public can have a deeper understanding of the Company's production process, safety and environmental protection measures, so that more friends can come to FREP to experience the beauty of wisdom, greenness and harmony, and jointly explore the future development trend of the petrochemical industry and work together to create a better tomorrow.

The heads and staff of relevant departments of the Company carefully answered the concerns raised by community resident representatives regarding topics such as safety, environmental protection, and the TA.

During the visit and exchanges, residents watched a short video on oil refining and chemical industry and the promotional video of the Company to learn the basic knowledge of thepetrochemical industry and further deepen their understanding and knowledge of the wide application of petrochemical products in production and life. At the same time, they also had a clearer understanding of the Company's development history and fulfillment of social responsibilities.

Afterwards, the resident representatives visited the exhibition hall with great interest and took a bus to the site to inspect the safety and environmental protection conditions.

The Company has been actively practicing the green development pledge of "embracing green petrochemicals and building a beautiful China", and is committed to becoming a "responsible corporate citizen" and a "good neighbor of communities".
