The Company’s New Staff Canteen Officially Opened

On June 12, the Company held an opening ceremony for the newly built staff canteen, and another project of the Company’s “I do practical things for the people” was launched!

Vice Presidents Lin Xu and Li Ji of the Company attended the ceremony and, together with leaders of relevant departments, cut the ribbon for the opening of the canteen.

Lin Xu congratulated on the opening of the staff canteen and expressed his gratitude to all participating units for their hard work. He said that the new staff canteen project is an important project of the Company’s Party Committee’s “I do practical things for the people” campaign. After it is put into use, it will improve the dining environment for employees, enhance the dining experience, and allow every employee to better feel the warmth of “home”. I hope that the logistics support departments will continue to pay attention to employees’ feedback, constantly optimize service measures, continuously improve the quality of dishes, and truly get good things well done so that the masses of employees can enjoy real care and concern.

When you walk into the canteen, you will see a bright environment, neatly arranged tables and chairs, complete facilities, a reasonable layout, and everything is clean and tidy.

When we arrived at each stall, although the dishes were not dazzling, there were all kinds of them. The delicious dishes, soft and chewy noodles, fresh and tasty soup, etc. make employees want to feast on the food.

Gradually, more and more people came to each stall and lined up in an orderly manner to get their meals. While experiencing the new canteen and the new environment, they also had more expectations for the dishes and communicated with their colleagues from time to time.

 “The noodles are delicious, tasty and chewy.” Employee Liu Longlin said while holding a large bowl of noodles.

 “The minced pork rice set meal is also very filling and tastes good." The colleague next to him responded.

The atmosphere of human life is what warms the heart the most. Delicious food and a warm environment can bring pleasure from taste buds to body and mind, allowing employees to indulge in delicious “food” time.

In order to use and manage the canteen well and protect the “happiness on the tip of the tongue” of employees, HR&A Department will regularly conduct comprehensive inspections on canteen facilities, food quality, hygiene conditions, etc., strictly manage food hygiene, and ensure food safety; it will also strengthen the management of meal delivery for front-line shift teams, and strive to improve the catering service for shift teams; it will organize employee dining satisfaction and dining opinion surveys, make improvements based on actual conditions, continuously improve service standards, and optimize service levels.

It is reported that the newly built canteen has canteens in areas A and B, which can accommodate 400 people for dining at the same time. The environment is clean and bright, the space is spacious and comfortable, the equipment is more complete, and the functional areas and layout are more reasonable. It will play an important role in the logistics support of the Company’s upcoming TA in 2024.

Employees are the main body of an enterprise and the driving force for its high-quality development.
