Along the long journey of petrochemical industry, we witness sweet memories and precious experience when looking back. On December 28, the Company held the Retiree Forum of 2023. Company management Lin Xu, P. Suchart and Li Ji attended the Forum, and the responsible people of the departments of the retirees also present at the Forum.

The retirees might continue to make their contributions. Company management and the retirees gathered together to reminisce about the past, and decades of hard work turned into memories expressed in words. The atmosphere was cordial, lively and warm.

The Company management at the Forum highly recognized the contributions made by retirees to the Company in the aspects of production, operation, development and construction, and expressed heartfelt gratitude for their painstaking efforts and hard work.

The Company management expressed in their speech that, in the development journey of the Company that has witnessed the construction of 10MTA Refining, 1MTA SC and 1MTA Aromatics Complex, it would not be possible for the Company to have come this far without the determination and joint efforts of each generation of petrochemical people. They hoped that retirees would still care about and support the Company's development and construction, stay true to their original commitment to their profession despite that they have retired, and contribute ideas and strength to the Company's development and construction. The Company would always be a place like home, and welcome everyone to come back and share with young employees the stories about struggling years, traditions, dedication and development. They extended best wishes to the retirees for good health, happy family, joyful life and fulfilling retirement life.

Sun Xiaoxiao and Zhu Qian, representatives of the retirees recalled their work in the Company with sincere, simple and touching words, expressed their deep love and best wishes for the Company. They said that the Company's various undertakings have developed vigorously in recent years, they were full of confidence in the Company's development, and firmly believed that the Company's future would be better.

Dong Jianlan, the Company’s retiree volunteer representative, gave a general introduction to the volunteer organization structure and activities, and welcomed the retirees to actively participate in the activities to enrich their retirement life.

The Company management presented souvenirs to the retirees and took photos together, marking a successful end to the retirees' careers.

At the Forum, the retirees looked back on the past and recalled details in their work over the years as if they were talking about their treasures.
