On October 25, the FREP 2023 Customer Appreciation Meeting was held at the lakeside of the beautiful Slender West Lake. The Company’s management and more than 100 representatives of customers and industry experts attended the meeting. With the theme of "Co-Creation and Sharing for a Win-Win Future", they reviewed the journey of past cooperation, shared their visions of the new year, and fostered strong synergy for high-quality development.

The Company’s President Saleh Yahya Al Zaid, and Vice Presidents Suchart Phowatthanasathian and Li Ji attended the Customer Appreciation Meeting. M&S Dept General Manager Liu Kezhao, delivered a welcoming speech. Heads of PRO Dept., M&S Dept., Finance Dept., S&D Dept. and T&P Dept., relevant professionals and invited customer representatives attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Company’s Vice President Li Ji expressed his gratitude to the customers on behalf of the Company. He said that in recent years, FREP has continuously consolidated the foundation for safe production, given full play to the advantages of refining and chemical integration in terms of scale and processes, continuously optimized production operations, captured market windows of its products, maximized the advantages of the facilities, thus generating brilliant performance indicators. At the same time, the Company has stayed tuned to changes in the market, insisted on optimizing the entire supply chain covering "procurement, production, and sales", strengthened inventory management, improved production efficiency, thus achieving the optimal material inventory reduction ever recorded.

In response to future opportunities and challenges, Vice President Li Ji said that the Company would adhere to systemic thinking, as well as fully utilize the diverse and advanced management experience / best practices of all shareholders, to consolidate the foundation of safety and environmental protection, continuously improve the quality of system operation, and consolidate the foundation for further development, in combination with the actual situation. The Company will also continue to improve the cooperation mechanism and upgrade the cooperation, so that the Company’s development achievements can be shared more with partners, to jointly achieve high-quality development. He hoped that today’s meeting could provide a platform for in-depth exchanges, and jointly exploring opportunities for closer cooperation between the two parties.

During the discussion session, Vice Presidents Suchart Phowatthanasathian and Li Ji discussed in details with customers on product quality, measurement upon delivery, equipment maintenance, emergency response. etc.
